I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were tastefully decorated and well-appointed, but unfortunately, I didn't get the suite I reserved, and my room faced the courtyard on the first floor. The service was excellent, especially from the valet parking guys who were super friendly and helpful, even with our scared dog. The location was ideal, within walking distance of everything I wanted to do, although the entrance with a column made it a bit tricky to get in and out. Dining was amazing with delicious meals and fantastic service. Overall, a stay with some ups and downs.
I absolutely loved my stay! The rooms were small but full of everything you'll need, and the king suite was spacious, stylish, and comfortable. The service was top-notch, with extremely nice and helpful staff, including the gentleman in the Valet who doubled as a Tour Guide. The location was perfect right in the center of downtown Portland, and I enjoyed the beautiful, super clean, and super quiet surroundings. Dining was fantastic, with excellent meals within walking distance of everything. I had a great time enjoying the fire pit, bar, and lots of seating available. A few downsides were the service not following through as promised and a bit of a letdown in terms of value for money.
My stay at the hotel was a bit mixed. The rooms, unfortunately, looked cheap with loud noises initially but did not meet the expectations set by the website. However, the location was excellent right at the heart of downtown Portland. The service had its highs and lows, with rude encounters but also friendly and accommodating staff.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The room, with its small size and rooftop view, was not ideal, but the location was perfect for exploring Portland's attractions and dining spots. The hotel room was well-appointed and fairly spacious but overpriced since breakfast was not included and we had to pay an extra $25 per night to bring our dog. The air conditioner was noisy being right next to the bed, which was a bit inconvenient.

The location was central and convenient, within walking distance to fantastic restaurants and bars, although a column at the entrance made it a bit challenging to get in and out easily. Dining was a highlight with delicious meals and a lovely outdoor garden setting, but the wait for food was longer than expected. Overall, a stay with pros and cons.
